An addition had been built onto the outside of the home, leaving a double window that no longer showed the outside, but looked into drywall and studs. A box was built on the inside of the window with recessed lights for illumination. An exterior garden scene was painted offsite on canvas and then installed into the box.

Additionally: The client wanted a mural on the rear bathroom wall. The room was long and narrow. Originally, focus was meant to be directed to the rear wall upon entry to the room, but as the project progressed it evolved into a complete room-sized mural.

After painting walls and ceiling with a base coat color and a subtle rag finish, trees were painted on the rear wall. Vines and foliage were added and radiated around the room to cover the door and window treatment and extend onto the ceiling.
